Heather Duque, Physiotherapy Resident
Heather completed her Physical Therapy degree at Queen’s University after graduating from the Human Kinetics undergraduate program at the University of Guelph. She has taken post-graduate courses in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, neuro-proprioceptive taping, and osteoporosis, and is a Bonefit Trained Professional through Osteoporosis Canada. Heather is always seeking opportunities to learn and develop her clinical skills.
During her many years’ experience as a Registered Kinesiologist and CSEP – Certified Personal Trainer, Heather has helped people reach their goals as they navigate various acute injuries and chronic conditions. She has a passion for education and invites her patients to take an active role in determining what their wellness journeys will look like.
In her free time, Heather enjoys being with her husband and 2 children, being outdoors, running, and teaching group fitness classes at her local YMCA.
